// LEGALTerms & risk disclosure

LAST UPDATED: JUL 30, 2026

These Terms & Risk Disclosure govern access to and participation in the Ponzi Bot Lock Rewards Program, operated by Autonomous Ventures ("Ponzi Bot", "the program", "we"). By accessing the site, connecting a wallet, locking tokens, claiming rewards, or otherwise interacting with the program, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

1 · Separate product

Ponzi Bot is separate from the $ponzi token page. $ponzi is a memecoin. Holding $ponzi alone does not provide yield, staking rewards, revenue share, governance rights, treasury rights, trading profits, vault rights, access rights, or any claim on Ponzi Bot. Participation requires a separate opt-in and is subject to these terms, eligibility requirements, restrictions, and risks.

2 · No custody of user tokens

Ponzi Bot does not custody user tokens. You may place $ponzi into supported Streamflow on-chain locks for an exact seven-day period. Locked tokens are not transferred to Ponzi Bot's trading account, the team, or any trading venue, and are not used to absorb trading losses. The normal expiry transaction claims available USDT and returns the locked $ponzi. A principal-only recovery transaction may return $ponzi without rewards when reward payment cannot complete; using it permanently forfeits unclaimed rewards for that lock. You are solely responsible for understanding the applicable contract, lock period, unlock process, wallet security, and transaction approvals.

3 · On-chain lock mechanics

Token locks are governed by the applicable smart contracts and blockchain state. Once you lock tokens, the lock may be irreversible until the unlock conditions are satisfied. Ponzi Bot does not guarantee that any lock, unlock, claim, wallet connection, transaction, front end, or third-party service will function without error.

4 · Rewards are conditional and may be zero

Rewards are not guaranteed, targeted, fixed, smoothed, subsidized, or owed. Rewards may be unavailable for any reason, including negative, zero, or insufficient trading performance; insufficient reward assets; liquidity, technical, venue, legal, compliance, sanctions, screening, or operational issues; or program suspension. If rewards are unavailable for a period, you may receive zero for that period.

How a distributed week is apportioned. When a net-positive week does distribute, the reward allocation is split 50% to eligible lockers (in USDT), 30% to buyback-and-burn (bought-back $ponzi sent to a public burn address and permanently removed from supply), and 20% to treasury (operator compensation). Distributions, when made, may be streamed and accrue to locked wallets over time per the program terms rather than paid as a lump sum. This describes the apportionment of a discretionary distribution if one occurs; it is not a promised rate of return, and no week is guaranteed to distribute.

5 · No claim on trading profits or assets

You have no ownership interest, security interest, debt claim, fund interest, revenue share, governance right, treasury claim, collateral claim, or legal claim on team trading profits, team or exchange or BloFin accounts, collateral facilities, treasury assets, buybacks, revenue, future products, or future distributions. Any rewards are made only per the program terms and create no continuing entitlement.

6 · No investment advice; no fiduciary relationship

Nothing on the site, in the docs, in social media, or in any community channel is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or trading advice, and using the program does not make Ponzi Bot your fiduciary, adviser, broker, or agent. Digital assets are volatile and high risk. Make your own decisions and consult professional advisers where appropriate.

7 · Risk of loss

Locking $ponzi involves risk. Even though locked tokens are not used to absorb bot trading losses, you may lose money if $ponzi declines in value while locked, and you may be unable to sell, transfer, or use locked tokens until the lock ends. Risks include, without limitation:

8 · No U.S. persons or restricted jurisdictions

The Lock Rewards Program is not available to U.S. persons, residents, citizens, tax residents, entities, or persons located in the United States, nor to persons or wallets in restricted or sanctioned jurisdictions or where participation may be unlawful or unsupported. The interface may use geoblocking, VPN/proxy detection, wallet screening, sanctions checks, and other controls, and Ponzi Bot may block, restrict, suspend, or refuse access at any time. You may not use VPNs, proxies, false information, or other methods to bypass restrictions.

9 · Wallet screening

Ponzi Bot may screen wallets for sanctions exposure, illicit-finance risk, mixer exposure, stolen-funds exposure, darknet exposure, high-risk source-of-funds patterns, Sybil behavior, abuse, or other risk indicators, and may block or restrict any wallet in its sole discretion. Unless the interface identifies an active screening provider, no third-party wallet-risk verdict should be assumed. Interface controls cannot prevent direct interaction with a public on-chain pool. Wallet screening is not a representation that any wallet, user, transaction, or participation is lawful, risk-free, or approved by any regulator.

10 · No rewards from new locks

Rewards are not paid from new user locks. User-locked tokens remain locked per the applicable on-chain contract and are not used to pay prior participants.

11 · Program changes and suspension

Ponzi Bot may modify, pause, restrict, suspend, or discontinue the program at any time, including for legal, regulatory, technical, operational, security, market, venue, compliance, liquidity, or risk-management reasons. Rewards may be changed, delayed, reduced, suspended, or discontinued. This includes events beyond reasonable control (exchange outages or freezes, network halts, oracle failures, or sanctions actions), which postpone rather than forfeit any affected reward check.

12 · Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and satisfying any tax obligations arising from locking tokens, receiving or claiming rewards, unlocking or selling tokens, or otherwise interacting with the program.

13 · Third-party services

The program may rely on third-party services, including wallets, blockchains, Streamflow, exchanges, data providers, wallet-screening providers, infrastructure providers, and trading venues. Ponzi Bot does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, failures, hacks, outages, restrictions, or changes.

14 · No guarantee of access

Access to the site, app, smart contracts, lock or claim interfaces, rewards, or documentation may be unavailable, delayed, restricted, or discontinued. No user is guaranteed the ability to lock, unlock, claim, participate, or receive rewards.

15 · Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration seated in Panama, conducted in English, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Each party retains the right to seek relief in small-claims court where applicable.

16 · Acknowledgement

By participating, you acknowledge that: $ponzi is highly speculative and may go to zero; rewards are not guaranteed and may be zero; locked tokens cannot be sold or transferred during the lock period; Ponzi Bot does not custody user tokens; user-locked tokens are not transferred into the team's trading account; you have no claim on trading profits, treasury assets, exchange accounts, or future distributions; you are not a U.S. person or located in a restricted jurisdiction; and you understand and accept the risks.

17 · Privacy

No accounts, no KYC. We don't collect names, emails, or identity documents. Your wallet address and on-chain actions are public on Solana by design. We process standard web-server logs through Vercel; IP country data for jurisdiction controls; Vercel Analytics usage data; and a signed eligibility attestation log containing your wallet address, statement, timestamp, signature, IP address, and country. If wallet screening is enabled, the wallet address may also be submitted to the named screening provider without identity information. We do not sell data. Vercel, RPC providers, Streamflow, and any enabled screening provider have their own policies.
